• WARNING. Davids Bridal has the worst customer care I have ever seen. I brought my bridesmaids to get measured and try on their dresses at the Davids Bridal in Hamilton. First the people at the front checking us in completely ignored us until I walked right up to the post. Second, person helping us was helping everyone else and frequently disappeared leaving us constantly waiting to get her attention for a minute at a time. Third, four of us had to share one dressing room, why did we make an appointment?. Once everyone was measured and the rep wrote down the sizes and we were able to pay. A couple of weeks later two of the four dresses come in and we are now told that we need to pick the dresses up within 7 days.
